By accessing or using paidaisearch.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use this Site. This is a binding agreement between you and Excellent 14 LLC.
Company Information
What We Actually Do
Paid Ai Search is a ChatGPT Ads agency for Shopify brands. Among the first built for Shopify. We provide:
- ChatGPT Ads campaign management on flat monthly retainers (GO $1,000 / PLUS $3,000 / PRO $9,000)
- Month-one warranty: if we don't beat your current Google/Meta CPA, you don't pay month one
- CRS recommendations on advertised PDPs (PLUS and PRO tiers)
- Message-Match Strategy build per campaign: landing page and funnel alignment (PRO tier)
We run ChatGPT Ads so your brand gets bought when buyers ask AI what to buy. That's the job.
Nature of the Channel
ChatGPT Ads is a new channel: buyable, attributable, and growing fast. The self-serve Ads Manager opened to all U.S. advertisers on May 5, 2026 with CPC bidding, Conversions API, and JS Pixel. That said:
- Features and inventory change frequently
- CPCs and pacing can shift week to week
- Reporting tooling is newer than Google or Meta
- Results vary by vertical, creative, and CRS quality
It's a real channel. Newer than Google Ads, but no longer experimental.
No Guarantees
We do not guarantee:
We provide strategy, systems, and execution. The market decides the rest.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Own or have rights to all products and services you sell
- Ensure your claims comply with applicable laws
- Maintain your own systems, website, checkout, inventory
You are fully responsible for product claims, legal compliance (including advertising, health, financial, or regulated claims), and customer experience. We are not liable for what you sell.
Intellectual Property
Our property
All frameworks, systems, audits, methodologies, and content created by Paid Ai Search remain our intellectual property. You are granted limited, non-transferable use for your business. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, or reverse engineer without written permission.
Your property
You retain ownership of your brand assets, product data, and website content. You grant us permission to use this data strictly for service delivery.
Case studies & data use
We may use anonymized or aggregated data for research, improvement, and case studies. We will not disclose sensitive business information without consent.
Payments & Refunds
- All payments are due as agreed in writing
- Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated
- Late payments may result in service suspension
If your business fails to perform, that is not grounds for a refund.
Third-Party Platforms
We operate in an ecosystem we do not control. AI platforms, ecommerce platforms, analytics tools, and advertising systems. We are not responsible for:
- Platform outages
- Algorithm or policy changes
- Loss of platform access
- Performance fluctuations caused by third-party changes
If a platform changes, your results can change. That's reality.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paid Ai Search shall not be liable for:
- Lost revenue or profits
- Business interruption
- Advertising losses
- Indirect or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing more.
Scope of Our Services
We provide
- Campaign management
- Bid and budget optimization
- Creative and copy testing
- CRS recommendations on advertised PDPs (PLUS, PRO)
- Performance reporting
We do not
- ✕ Control auction outcomes
- ✕ Control which queries trigger ads
- ✕ Guarantee specific revenue or ROAS
- ✕ Guarantee ad inventory availability
The month-one warranty covers what we agreed to beat: your current Google/Meta CPA. Outcomes outside that scope (revenue volume, specific keywords, ROAS targets) are market outcomes, not failures of service.
Privacy & Data
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data. We may use third-party tools to operate the business.
Termination
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate access, or cancel agreements at any time, for any reason. You may stop using our services at any time. No refunds apply unless explicitly stated.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. If you continue using the Site, you accept the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version.
